Personal Cultural Assessment Tool (PCAT)

This tool includes 16 questions exploring your position on each of the four spectrums in the TCAP model. Your results are assessed separately as well as in comparison with two countries of your choice.
Based on your PCAT results, you will receive a downloadable nine-page personal cultural assessment report containing insights into your cultural tendencies and personalized recommendations for your global business interplay.

Team & Company Cultural Assessment Tool (TC-CAT)

This versatile tool leverages additional strengths of the Personal Cultural Assessment Tool (PCAT), and the four TCAP spectrums introduced in Osnat Lautman’s book Global Interplay. The TC-CAT helps you understand a particular team, a company location/branch, the company culture and/or other aspects, both in themselves and comparatively.
