The Country Cultural Comparison Tool (C-CCT) enables individuals and companies to select specific countries and instantly view where those countries’ cultures are positioned on the four TCAP-model spectrums. The results make it easy to understand and compare how the chosen cultures tend to build trust, communicate, relate to authority and carry out business processes.

Knowing the up-to-date, general cultural tendencies of the people and companies you work with – and applying this important information to your cross-cultural interactions – will increase your professional success by improving the wellbeing, cohesion and effectiveness of all players involved.
The C-CCT was developed out of the work and model described in Osnat Lautman’s book Global Cultural Interplay. The countries’ cultural positions derive from a combination of original research, including gathering and processing input from 48 intercultural experts; relevant prior research studies; the established literature in the field; and the author’s own personal and professional experience. Accordingly, they are firmly grounded in past and present expertise and knowledge.
