 English is the international language and business emails are the necessary vehicle of nearly all modern communication. On any given day, the average employee receives over 80 emails. Although we send and receive such a huge number of emails, many of them are ineffective.

In our “Business English” session participants will learn how to communicate skillfully and precisely. We will discuss common mistakes in English as a second language and learn how to overcome them. We will work on the art of translation and how to soften our messages. Writing professional emails in English is essential to cross-cultural communication and obtaining favorable business results.
