When global teams work together, the biggest barriers aren’t time zones or technology — they’re words.
On a recent Canadian–Israeli call, one simple phrase – “they don’t care” -nearly derailed trust.
In Hebrew, it meant “it doesn’t matter.”
In English, it came across as dismissive.
